As part of our continuous effort to provide you with the best possible service, Precision IT is pleased to announce the launch of our new Customer Portal.
Expanding on the capabilities of the current platform, the new platform will improve the service we offer to our clients by increasing transparency, increased access to information, and additional management tools.
Our normal support procedures will not change, just method of creating and checking tickets and additional functionality for approvers.
From the 14th of February 2022, Support & Escalation Requests submitted via email will no longer be accepted; Requests will need to be submitted via our new Customer Portal.

The Precision IT Customer Portal is an online portal, designed to provide you a fully transparent and simple way to manage your support requests with us.
The portal is our primary method of communication when assisting our clients with support requests.
We are always seeking continuous improvements for our customers . The new platform is built on an easily serviceable, and scalable architecture, which means we will be able to deliver a better experience to our valued customers.
The new Customer portal provides you with a simple process to log a support request with us. It will help ensure that we get the information we need to be able to help you quickly and effectively.
The portal also provides you with complete transparency on the progress of tickets that you have already logged, and a simple way for you to communicate with us, as we all know how hard it is to stay on top of emails sometimes!
There are also other new features, such as automated approvals, invoice management, and additional tools for key contacts.
The new portal introduces a new way for us to manage approvals.
If you log a request that requires approval from an authorised approver, we will automatically reach out to approvers within the company and request this approval for you! All they have to do is click ‘Yes’ or ‘No’, and we can proceed with the request. No more time consuming phone calls or emails!
If you are an existing customer of Precision IT, you will be able to log straight into the portal using the same credentials as your work Microsoft account – so there’s no new password to remember!
Alternatively, you will have the option to sign in with a one-time email password, or simply set a specific password.
Any existing support requests that you have with us will be automatically linked to your new portal login.
Yes! By default, our clients Primary Contacts will have complete visibility over all tickets logged across their company.
If you are a manager, we can give you access on request to be able to see the tickets that your team members have logged.
Please note that this feature isn’t available on initial launch, however will be available early 2022.
Yes! By default, billing contacts will be able to access all Precision IT invoices in the new Customer Portal.
